Dabelic, Engineer - President and CEO |
Graduate
of the Dubrovnik Maritime Academy, Croatia (1964), Mr. Dabelic
spent six years at sea successively as a Third, Second, and
First Engineer. He then spent over nine years as a Marine
Service Engineer with a major original engine manufacturer
while based in Holland and San Francisco. Mr. Dabelic also
holds a Marine Chief Engineer License for motor and steam
plants. As a Manager of Maintenance, he served the marine
industry specializing in vibration related problems. Prior
to organizing Cascade Analytic Ivo was Vice President and
General manager of Vibranalysis Engineering, Houston for 25
years. He has a distinguished record in rotor dynamics and
torsional analysis for single shaft and branched systems.

Racic - Engineering Consultant |
As
a Cascade Analysis consultant, Mr. Racic brings 30 years of
experience gained as a Manager of Vibration Analysis and Rotating
Machinery Diagnostics in the Product Service Division of Siemens
Fossil Power Corp. (SFPC), a division of Siemens Westinghouse
Corp. In this capacity he was responsible for Fact-Finding
and Trouble-shooting of the Turbo Sets delivered and installed
by SFPC. Before joining SFPC, Mr. Racic had extensive experience
in Marine Diesel Engines Operations. He received his Bachelor
of Science degree in Mech. Eng. in 1979 from Milwaukee School
of Engineering, and MBA from Nova University in Fort Lauderdale,
Florida.

A. Broussard - Consultant/Sales |
Consultant/Sales for all reliability based maintenance
initiatives for rotating and reciprocating machinery. A graduate
of Lamar University with 18 years experience in reliability
and condition assessment monitoring field, Mr. Broussard has
spent 9 years with 2 of the largest reliability monitoring
equipment manufacturers in the U.S. and 4 years of in plant
experience where he was an integral member of the reliability
monitoring team for the largest refinery in the U.S.
Mr. Broussard became an independent consultant
in 2001. The company’s core business is sales, consulting
and analysis of rotating equipment reliability using the latest
tools and techniques to analyze and diagnosis machinery problems.
The tools include vibration and oil analysis, infrared, sonic
& ultrasonic detection along with analysis software. Our
goal is to help our customers improve the reliability of the
equipment minimizing downtime and maintenance costs while
helping them develop better maintenance techniques. We also
assist our customers with balancing and aligning the rotating
equipment when needed.

Archambault - Principal Scientist |
Graduated
from Laval University in 1977 (Engineering Physics). Prior
to becoming an independent consultant in Sound and Vibration
he was employed with Bruel & Kjear from 1979 to 1993.
He gained vast practical knowledge working with many leading
organizations worldwide in setting up vibration monitoring
programs and troubleshooting the problems. He has lectured
on almost every continent. Certified Vibration Institute Specialist
Level IV, member of the Society for Experimental Mechanics,
the International Association of Science and Technology for
Development, Chairman of the Quibec chapter of Machinery Vibration
Association.
